Our fitters within the Electrical/Mechanical Section of States Works are proficient in a full range of mechanical work, from the installation of a full central heating system to overhauls of boilers, pumps and control gear. Our highly trained staff provide pump station operation and maintenance contracts for both public and private clients and the maintenance of building services at various locations throughout the Island.
We maintain and service mechanical pumps, pipe work and heavy equipment and control systems.
All of our contracts are carried out to the highest levels of Health & Safety legislation, with all staff trained and certified to work within confined spaces.
Maintenance and Installation
Our building services expertise includes air conditioning, oil fired heating and electrical control equipment, and is complemented by the in house expertise of our electrical technicians. Maintenance is on a call-out or contract basis.
The machine shop has facilities for fabrication ranging from precision turning or milling to welding and drilling.
We have the facilities to provide a design and installation service for all types of plumbing solutions, over pumping, draw down etc.
